Wolf builds ranges for kitchens that take cooking seriously. The dual-stacked burners, dual convection system, and proprietary electronics are engineered to last — but when they fail, a generic tech is guessing. Our Bay Area team knows the platform, stocks OEM parts on every truck, and backs every repair with a 6-month parts & labor warranty.
Every Wolf model — current & legacy
The dual-fuel architecture runs two completely independent cooking systems in one unit — a professional gas burner section with dual-stacked sealed rings, and a precision electric convection oven with two fans and two elements. Diagnosing a fault means knowing exactly which system failed and why. Get it wrong, and you're ordering the wrong parts for the wrong problem.
Inner and outer flame rings controlled by independent gas valves. A failing igniter or uneven flame means tracing which valve, which electrode, which circuit — getting it right requires Wolf-specific tooling, not general appliance know-how.
Two fans and two elements circulate heat around the entire cavity. When one fails, the oven still runs — just wrong. A non-specialist won't catch it until you've burned several batches and lost confidence in the oven.
Aftermarket parts look identical and fail faster. We source through authorized OEM and Wolf distributor channels only — it's the only way the 6-month warranty means anything.
On a $12,000 range, a wrong diagnosis costs real money. We've seen every one of these failures before — we don't need to figure it out on your clock.
Clogged igniter port, failed spark module, cracked electrode, or moisture in the ignition wiring harness.
Control board fault, temperature sensor out of range, door latch failure, or power surge aftermath.
Failed bake element, broil element, temperature sensor drift, or dual convection fan failure.
Moisture in igniter module, cracked electrode, or short in the spark switch circuit.
Failed dual convection fan, calibration offset, or defective bake or broil element.
Failed convection motor, seized bearing, or wiring fault to the oven control board.
Failed steam generator, clogged water inlet, mineral scale build-up, or faulty steam pump.
Faulty door latch motor, thermal limiter trip, or control board error during the high-heat cycle.
Wolf has been making professional-grade cooking equipment since 1934. The 30" Dual Fuel installed last spring and the GR48 that's been running in a Los Gatos kitchen since 2003 need the same depth of care — and the same depth of knowledge. We service both.
30"–60" dual fuel ranges — sealed dual-stacked gas burners, electric convection oven. Pro and Transitional configurations.
30"–60" all-gas ranges. Dual stacked sealed burners up to 20,000 BTU, infrared broiler, porcelain interior.
36", 48", 60" built-in pro rangetops — dual-stacked burners, griddle, French top, and charbroiler options.
15" to 36" sealed gas cooktops — open burner and sealed burner configurations, full-surface grates.
15", 24", 30", 36" induction cooktops — glass-ceramic surface, full- and modular-zone, precision temperature control.
Single and double 24" & 30" M Series convection wall ovens — dual convection, temperature probe, Sabbath mode.
Transitional E Series single and double wall ovens — dual convection, USB port, soft-close hinges, touch controls.
24" and 30" convection steam ovens and speed ovens — combination cooking, proofing, reheating, and dehydrating modes.
24" and 30" warming drawers — moisture control, stone insert, auto-shutoff, consistent low-heat holding.
All pre-2010 Wolf residential and professional ranges — full OEM parts access and platform-specific diagnostics.
Wolf under-cabinet, wall-mount, and island hoods — blower motor, lighting, and control board repair.
Describe what's happening — or just give us the model and serial. We'll get you on the schedule same- or next-day anywhere in the Bay Area.
Our technician runs a full inspection: every burner, the ignition circuit, temperature sensors, and a control board readout. No guessing.
You get the full price before we touch a thing. Fixed, written, no line items that appear after the fact.
OEM Wolf parts only. We complete the repair and verify every system before we leave — temperature, ignition, fan operation, the works.
The igniter electrode that killed your burner. The convection motor that ruined your oven's evenness. The control board that threw a code at 6pm on a Friday. These aren't surprises to us — they're the parts we keep on the truck.

“Called Best Pro when our Wolf 48" DF threw a fault code the week before Christmas. They knew exactly what it was — convection motor — had the part on the truck, and were done in two hours. Didn't need to reschedule a thing. Absolute pros.”
“We built our kitchen around that Wolf range. When the right front burner stopped igniting, Best Pro came next morning with the igniter module already in the van and fixed it on the spot. Honest quote, no padding. Exactly what service on a $15,000 appliance should look like.”
“My M Series double oven was cooking unevenly — not dramatically, just wrong. Best Pro diagnosed a failed convection fan in under 15 minutes, part was on the truck. Six months later the oven is still holding temperature to the degree.”
Most Wolf repairs close in one visit. Call us, describe what's happening, and we'll tell you exactly what to expect before we ever come through the door.
